Early Years
Originally established in New England, the company has moved its
base as it has grown. Now in South Florida for nearly two decades,
with a focus on residential construction. Earning a reputation for
honest workmanship and durable quality craftsmanship in one of the
country's most demanding climates.
Growth
Expanded into custom home building and full-scale kitchen and
bathroom remodeling, Commercial Build-outs, and hurricane

Our Team
Wayne Rossiter
Wayne started out in construction working with his grandfather,
remodeling in Western Mass in the early 80's. He's moved since then
working in the Florida panhandle, in the Ft. Walton and Destin area,
South Florida in Ocean Reef, Key Largo, and several locations in
Alabama, including Montgomery, Auburn and Lake Martin. Returning to
South Florida nearly two decades ago to continue business operations
in the paradise of South Florida.
